The four most powerful positions in any natal chart are the angles: the Ascendant (1st house cusp), the IC (4th house cusp), the Descendant (7th house cusp), and the Midheaven or MC (10th house cusp). Empty Houses Are Not Empty Lives
Many people panic when they see empty houses in their chart. An empty 7th house does not mean you'll never find a partner. An empty 2nd house doesn't mean you'll always struggle financially. Empty houses simply mean no planets were placed there at birth — the house themes are still active, governed by the sign on the house cusp and the ruler of that sign.
